President Al-Alimi Congratulates King of Bahrain on His Country’s Victory in Gulf Cup Championship

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the Bahraini national team’s victory in the 26th Gulf Cup Championship, hosted by the brotherly State of Kuwait.
The President, on his behalf, his fellow Council members, the government, and the Yemeni people, extended his heartfelt congratulations to King Hamad bin Isa, as well as to the Bahraini government and people, for this well-deserved football achievement, marking the second title in their history.
His Excellency praised the exceptional organization and the unique fan attendance that characterized the new edition of the Arabian Gulf Cup. He also commended the honorable performance of all participating teams, including Yemen’s national football team.
