His Excellency President Rashad Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on behalf of himself and his fellow Council members, extended greetings on the occasion of the immortal national holidays: the 62nd anniversary of the great September 26 Revolution, the 61st anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution, and the 57th anniversary of the historic Evacuation Day on November 30.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council said in an important speech to the Yemeni people on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the September 26 Revolution: "This is the anniversary of our great national occasions in action and impact, which are always present in the souls of our people and in the details of their lives."

His Excellency the President noted the Yemeni people's constant celebration of these national occasions. The unparalleled commemoration of the great leaders of the revolution, and the rallying around the armed forces and security, "making its memory more than ever a call for action, cohesion, and steadfastness. A call for responsibility and duty that does not exclude anyone from engaging in the battle to restore state institutions and every inch of the homeland, defending our dignity, freedom, and republic with weapons, money, and words."

His Excellency explained that this is not just an occasion to celebrate the heroism of our great people and its unique men, but rather it is in fact a present project, and an urgent matter at the forefront of the tasks and priorities of our people to complete the liberation of their land from terrorism, slavery, tyranny, illiteracy, and injustice that the criminal Houthi Imamate has revived.

The President of the Leadership Council considered that the Yemeni people’s early celebrations every year of this immortal day confirm that the flame of change will remain burning forever in souls, illuminating for us the meanings of freedom, human dignity, equal citizenship, and the sovereignty of the people.

He added, "This gathering and great joy in the Yemeni revolution holidays in various governorates is a popular referendum that indicates the greatness of the eternal principles of September, and their place in the hearts of free Yemenis, and their explicit rejection of the new Imams and their sinful coup.

His Excellency the President stressed that the September 26 Revolution represented a creative culmination of the struggles and sacrifices of generations of Yemenis in the north and south who gave their lives in the battle to get rid of the rule of the Imams based on racial discrimination, tyranny, and the harshest forms of isolation, illiteracy, and backwardness.

His Excellency pointed out that the September 26, 1962 Revolution overthrew the miserable and racist idea of the Imamate forever, and made the name of the Imamate synonymous with shame. It was the bridge that carried our country to the civilization of the age, and gave our people a path to a dignified life, and hope, on the basis of a just republican system that believes in the sovereignty of the people, and equal citizenship among all its sons, contrary to tyranny, slavery, and superstition.

His Excellency the President stressed, “Yemen will remain a loyal extension of its great history, a true reflection of the profound sacrifices, and an embodiment of heroism, dignity, and freedom.” The generations of the Yemeni people today will remain an extension of the heroic fathers Ali Abdul-Mughni, Abdullah Al-Sallal, Rajih Labouza and Qahtan Al-Shaabi.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council addressed his speech to the Yemeni people in the areas forcibly subjected to the terrorist Houthi militias, saying: "Oh our steadfast and patient people in the areas of tyranny and Houthi encroachment, the Houthis chose chaos when stability prevailed, committed the crime of the coup when the Yemenis agreed on democracy and the sovereignty of the people. They imposed war when everyone turned to peace, looted and destroyed institutions, monopolized the country's resources, burdened citizens with taxes, and invaded cities and villages with terrorism, violence and violation of public freedoms. They kidnapped innocent women, children and the elderly, and defamed them to terrorize the rest of the people. They undermined the independence and sanctity of the judiciary, emptied the laws of their value, and replaced them with priesthood and tyranny. They diverted education from its national and scientific context, and turned it into a backward sectarian and lineage platform.

His Excellency the President expressed his deep belief that it would be an illusion to think that anyone can shake the Yemeni people’s conviction that there is no alternative but to achieve victory over the Iranian project. He emphasized that “our freedom and dignity depend on the outcome of this fateful battle, in which there is no choice but victory."

His Excellency the President also praised the affiliates of the armed forces and security, all military formations, and the heroes of the popular resistance on various fronts and fields, saying, "You were the rock on which the illusions of the racist Houthi militia were shattered, and you were the fortress that preserved Yemen's cohesion and protected its Arabism against the Iranian threat and its criminal lackeys. You were the hope and refuge yesterday, and you are the hope and guarantee today and tomorrow."

He stressed that his confidence and that of his brothers, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, in these heroes is limitless, and that this confidence is supported by God’s help, experience, right, and the justice of the cause. He pointed out that the Yemeni people know the extent of the sacrifices and bravery of the heroes of the army and the men of the resistance, and remember their heroism and exploits in the depths of their hearts.

The President of the Leadership Council stressed that there is no secure and prosperous future for Yemen in isolation from a close relationship and complete harmony with the brother Arab countries, especially the countries of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

He considered that this fate is not related only to this stage, but to the facts of history and geography that go beyond the illusions, ambitions, and crises of individuals.

He explained that "there is no option for a secure and promising future without a deep awareness of the unique nature that governs Yemen's relationship with its brothers. In addition building fruitful relationships, consolidating their foundations, and their ties is one of the most important tasks of leaders and politicians, regardless of their interests as individuals, the scope of the role available to them, or the position from which they exercise their national responsibilities.

His Excellency the President, on behalf of himself and his fellow members of the Presidential Leadership Council, extended his thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by his brother, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and to the brothers in the United Arab Emirates, led by his brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, for their sincere fraternal stances and generous support for the Yemeni people, their political leadership, and the institutions of their legitimate state.

The President considered that the options of peace, like the options of battle, "are only possible with seriousness, readiness, and trust in our loyal allies, and making every effort to invest in them and make them successful without falling into the ropes of illusions that are skilled at creating disappointments, victims, and weaving conspiracy theories."

He also considered that building and reforming institutions and fighting corruption, chaos and lawlessness is the only way to improve the economic, security and service conditions and build a model in the liberated governorates.

His Excellency the President praised the collective efforts of the government and local authorities to fulfill their inevitable obligations, and urged them to devote all efforts to finding urgent solutions to the economic crisis and alleviating the living burdens on citizens with the support of brothers and friends.

He also directed the government to complete its institutional structure, activate the system of laws and regulations, and develop clear plans to develop revenues, improve the social function of state institutions, enhance the appropriate environment for political work, and protect public rights and freedoms.

On the national level, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council stressed that Palestine has a place in the heart of every Yemeni, which is among our holiest sanctities. It is a place that Israel will not kidnap with occupation, massacres, wars of extermination and displacement, nor Iran and its militias with sectarianism, false compromising and outbidding that are revealed every day.

His Excellency the President renewed Yemen's condemnation of the continued Israeli war of extermination against the people of occupied Palestine, and the crimes of the occupation in the West Bank. He reiterated that unifying the Arab and Islamic efforts in the face of the arrogance and criminality of the Zionist entity is the best way to show solidarity and support the Palestinian cause.

His Excellency called on the international community to assume its responsibilities in order to force the Israeli occupation to stop its ongoing crimes, provide urgent and sufficient relief to the besieged Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, and support their aspirations to establish their independent state with full sovereignty.

The following is the full speech:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Oh great Yemeni people,

Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you, the peace of the republic, freedom and independence.

I greet you on behalf of myself and the members of the Presidential Leadership Council on the anniversary of our immortal national days, the 62nd anniversary of the great September 26 Revolution, the 61st anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution, and the 57th anniversary of the historic Evacuation Day, November 30.

This is the memory of our great national occasions, great in action and impact, always present in the souls of our people and in the details of their lives. These are the occasions in which we proudly and appreciatively salute the heroes of the armed forces and security, all military formations, and the popular resistance stationed on various fronts of pride and dignity.

You have always done well, O great people, women and men, by immortalizing the great leaders of the revolution in an unparalleled way, rallying around your armed forces and security, and transforming their memory more than ever before, into a call for action, cohesion, and steadfastness. A call for responsibility and duty that excludes no one by engaging in the battle to restore state institutions and every inch of the homeland, and defending our dignity, freedom, and our republic with weapons, money, and words.

This is not a mere occasion to celebrate the heroism of our great people and their unique men, but it is in fact a renewed project, at the forefront of our national tasks and priorities to complete the liberation of the country from terrorism, slavery, tyranny, illiteracy, and injustice that the new Imamate has brought. Your early celebrations every year of this immortal day in every city and village of our valuable land confirm that the flame of change will remain forever burning in souls, illuminating for us the meanings of freedom, human dignity, and equal citizenship, where there is no master but the nation.

This gathering and great rejoicing in our republican holidays in the various governorates are popular referendum that indicates the greatness of the immortal principles of September, their place in the hearts of free Yemenis, and their explicit rejection of the new Imams and their sinful coup.

Citizens,

The revolution of September 26 represented a creative culmination of the struggles and sacrifices of generations of Yemenis in north and south who gave their lives in the battle to get rid of the rule of the imams based on racial discrimination, tyranny, and the harshest forms of isolation, illiteracy, and backwardness.

The Revolution of September 26, 1962, overthrew the idea of the miserable, racist, and backward Imamate forever. It made the name of the Imamate synonymous with shame, so that its fall represented the bridge that carried our country to the future and the civilization of the age. It granted our people a path to a dignified life and hope, based on a just republican system that believes in the sovereignty of the people and equal citizenship among all its citizens, contrary to tyranny, slavery, and the myth of guardianship.

Therefore, our people will be a loyal extension of their great history, and a true expression of the greatness of sacrifices and the meanings of heroism, dignity, and freedom. Today's generations of the Yemeni people will only be an extension of the heroic fathers: Ali Abdul-Mughni, Abdullah Al-Sallal, Rajih Labouza, and Qahtan Al-Shaabi.

Our great Yemeni people,

Our steadfast and patient people in the areas of Houthi tyranny and encroachment:

The Houthis chose chaos when stability prevailed, committed the crime of a coup when the Yemenis agreed on partnership and the sovereignty of the people, and imposed war when everyone turned to peace.

They looted and destroyed institutions, monopolized the country's resources, burdened citizens with taxes, invaded cities and villages with terrorism, violence and violation of public freedoms, kidnapped innocent women, children and the elderly, and defamed them to terrorize the rest of the people. They tampered with the independence and sanctity of the judiciary, and emptied the laws of their value and replaced them with priesthood and tyranny. They diverted education from its national and scientific context, and turned it into a backward sectarian and lineage platform.

However, it would be an illusion to believe that there is anyone who can shake the Yemeni people's conviction that there is no choice but victory over the Iranian project, and that our freedom, dignity, and the future of all Yemeni men and women, depend on the outcome of this fateful battle, in which we have no choice but to win, Allah willing.

O, our armed forces and security, and all our military formations,

O, heroes of the popular resistance on various fronts and fields,

You were the rock on which the illusions of the racist Houthi militia were shattered, you were the fortress that preserved the cohesion of our country and protected its Arabism and identity in the face of the Iranian threat and its proaxy lackeys.

You were the hope and refuge yesterday, and you are the hope and security today and tomorrow.

Our confidence in you is limitless, and it is a confidence supported by God's help, experience, right, the justice of the cause, and the bravery of the heroes of the army and the men of the resistance.

Our people know the extent of your sacrifices and remember your heroism and your exploits in the depths of our hearts. We will be faithful to the sacrifices of the martyrs and the wounded, who gave their blood and souls to resist the Iranian occupation and its destructive project in our country and the region.

Dear fellow citizens,

There is no secure and prosperous future for Yemen in isolation from a close relationship and complete harmony with the brother Arab countries, foremost among them the countries of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. This is a fate that is not only related to this stage, but to the facts of history and geography that go beyond the illusions, ambitions, and crises of individuals, to sincere work with our brothers in establishing a bright and secure future for the region and the world.

There is no choice for this safe and promising future without a deep awareness of the unique nature that governs Yemen’s relationship with its brothers, and without realizing that building fruitful relationships, and consolidating their foundations and ties, is one of the most important tasks of leaders and politicians. Regardless of their interests as individuals, the scope of the role available to them, or the position from which they exercise their national responsibilities.

On behalf of myself and my fellow, members of the Presidential Leadership Council, I extend my thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by my brother, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman. I also extend my thanks to our brothers in the United Arab Emirates, led by my brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, for their sincere fraternal stances and generous support for the Yemeni people, their political leadership, and the institutions of their legitimate state.

I also thank the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman for their good efforts to establish peace and end the suffering of our people, and what this requires in terms of effort, work, and wisdom.

Peace options, like battle options, are only possible with seriousness, readiness, and trust in our loyal allies. In addition to making every effort to invest in them and make them successful without falling into the ropes of illusions that are skilled at creating disappointments, victims, and plotting conspiracy theories.

Dear citizens,

Building and reforming institutions and fighting corruption, chaos and lawlessness is the only way to improve the economic, security and service conditions and build a model in the liberated governorates.

While we thank the government and local authorities for their collective efforts to fulfill their inevitable obligations, we urge them to devote all efforts to finding urgent solutions to the economic crisis and alleviating the living burdens on citizens with the support of brothers and friends.

We also direct the government to complete its institutional structure, activate the system of laws and regulations, develop clear plans to develop revenues, improve the social function of state institutions, enhance the appropriate environment for political work, protect public rights and freedoms, and enhance security and stability in the interim capital, Aden, and all liberated governorates.

O, our great Yemeni people,

Palestine has a place in the heart of every Yemeni, among our holiest sanctities. A place that Israel could not kidnap with occupation, massacres, wars of extermination and displacement, nor Iran and its militias with sectarianism, false exploitation and outbidding that are revealed every day on this just cause.

As we condemn the continuation of the Israeli war of extermination against the people of occupied Palestine, we reaffirm once again that Arab cohesiveness in the face of the arrogance and criminality of the Zionist entity is the best way to show solidarity and support towards the Palestinian cause.

We call on the international community to assume its responsibilities in order to force the Israeli occupation to stop its ongoing crimes, provide urgent and sufficient relief to the besieged Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, and support their aspirations to establish their independent, fully sovereign state, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

Glory and eternity to the martyrs,

healing to the wounded,

peace, mercy and blessings of Allah be upon you
