In his speech, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, praised the great achievements that have been achieved in Ma’rib Governorate at various levels despite the great challenges and exceptional conditions that the governorate is experiencing, including the ongoing war, the influx of displaced people, and the scarcity of capabilities. President Al-Alimi said: "We assure you that we will start from here and from all governorates to liberate the areas that are still under the control of the terrorist Houthi militia supported by the Iranian regime. He continued “victory will be achieved through the armed forces in all their formations and the popular resistance supporting them."
The President of the Presidential Leadership Council pointed out that Ma’rib Governorate, which rejected the coup from its first appearance and resisted the dark project of the Houthi militia and the Iranian project in Yemen, is considered a symbol of the Republic and its unity. His Excellency noted that the Council’s leadership gives Ma’rib all priority and attention.
He praised the efforts of the leadership of the local authority, headed by Council Member Major General Sultan Al-Arada, and the Deputies Governor, executive offices, and party and community leaders in thwarting many of the Houthi militia’s plans to destabilize the security and stability of the governorate.
The President of the Leadership Council stressed the importance of continuing integration of the internal front, enhancing security, stability and development, and intensive and comprehensive mobilization to confront what the terrorist Houthi militia is doing in areas under its control, especially at the level of recruiting and mobilizing children into sectarian mobilization camps.
The President of the Presidential Leadership Council said, "We must work on several tracks and adopt the slogan (a hand builds and a hand fights to make peace”.
