
Yemen’s Ambassador to Egypt takes oath before President Al Alimi

Mr. Khaled Mahfouz Bahah was sworn in today, Wednesday, before His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, at Ma’ashiq Palace in the interim capital of Aden, on the occasion of his appointment as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Yemen to the Arab Republic of Egypt.
After taking the oath, His Excellency the President met with Ambassador Bahah, and urged him to assume his full responsibilities in representing the Republic of Yemen as head of its diplomatic mission in Cairo, and to work to protect its interests and serve its nationals residing and arriving in the Arab Republic of Egypt, in a way that embodies the distinguished historical relations between the two brotherly countries in various fields.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Yahya Al-Shuaibi, the Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, and Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, the Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs.
