President Al-Alimi Checks on Yemeni Pilgrims and Congratulates Them on Performing Greatest Pillar of Hajj

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, held a phone call on Tuesday evening with the Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Sheikh Turki Al-Wadie, to check on the conditions of Yemeni pilgrims.

He also congratulated them on completing the standing at the holy plains of Arafat, the greatest pillar of Hajj, alongside pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council was briefed by the Minister of Endowments and Guidance on the conditions of the pilgrims, who began departing Mount Arafat on Tuesday evening toward Muzdalifah to spend the night there in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him).

The pilgrims are scheduled to head to Mina after the Fajr prayer on Eid Al-Adha to perform the stoning of Jamarat Al-Aqaba and the sacrifice ritual.

President Al-Alimi praised the efforts of the leadership of the Ministry of Endowments and urged it to continue providing further facilitation and comprehensive care for Yemeni pilgrims until their safe return home. He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant them success in completing their Hajj rituals and to accept their worship and righteous deeds.

His Excellency also commended the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al-Saud, for ensuring the success of the Hajj season.

He praised the mobilization of all capabilities to serve the Guests of Allah and to facilitate the performance of their rituals with ease and comfort.
