His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, exchanged congratulations and best wishes with the Kings, Emirs, and Heads of Arab and Islamic countries on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.

In his congratulatory cables, President Al-Alimi, on his behalf and on behalf of his fellow Council members, expressed his sincere congratulations on this significant religious occasion. He wished Their Majesties, Excellencies and Highnesses continued health and happiness, and further progress and prosperity for their brotherly governments and peoples. His Excellency prayed to Allah Almighty to restore this occasion to the Arab and Islamic nations with goodness, prosperity, and abundant blessings.
