President of Presidential Leadership Council Issues Decree Appointing Commander of the Second Presidential Special Guard Brigade

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issued today Decree No. (10) of 2026.
Article One of the decree stipulates the appointment of Brigadier General Khaled Yoslam Ali Al-Qathmi as Commander of the Second Presidential Special Guard Brigade.
Article Two stipulates that the decree shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette and military bulletins.
