Republican Decree Appointing a Chairman of the General Authority for Land, Survey, and Urban Planning

Today, Republican Decree No. (30) of 2025 was issued, pursuant to the Constitution, the law, the references of the transitional phase, and the approval of the Presidential Leadership Council, stipulating the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Nasser Abadi Abdul-Qawi as Chairman of the General Authority for Land, Survey, and Urban Planning.

Article Two of the decree stipulates that it shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
