The President congratulates President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi for winning his new presidential term

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, His Excellency President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, on the occasion of his victory in a new presidential term. The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on behalf of himself, the members of the Council, the government and the Yemeni people, expressed his sincere congratulations to President Al-Sisi on his well-deserved electoral victory, which embodies the Egyptian people’s loyalty to their political leadership and the remarkable urban and development advancements achieved during his reign.

His Excellency the President praised the honorable positions of President Al- Sisi alongside Yemen, its people and its political leadership, including continuing to open Egypt’s doors to hundreds of thousands of Yemenis who were displaced by the terrorist Houthi militias supported by the Iranian regime.

His Excellency also praised the great witnessed development in relations between the two brotherly countries, expressing his confidence in a promising future for fruitful bilateral cooperation in various fields.
