A Republican Decree to ratify the memorandum of understanding with the Republic of Hungary

A Republican Decree No. (18) of 2023 has been issued, the first Article of which stipulated ratifying the Memorandum of Understanding on the sectors of water, environment, climate, agriculture and specialized education related to water, environment issues, and training between the Republic of Yemen and the Republic of Hungary.
Article Two of the Decree stipulated that it shall be effective since the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
