Today, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council issued Decree No. (25) of 2025:
Article One stipulates the appointment of Mr. Mustafa Ahmed Mohammed Noman as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
Article Two of the decree stipulates that it shall come into effect as of the date of its issuance and be published in the official gazette.
