President AL-Alimi Congratulates Azerbaijan On Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Ilham Heydar Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, congratulating him on the anniversary of his friendly country’s Independence Day.
President Al-Alimi, on his own behalf, the council members, and the government, expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Aliyev for abundant health and happiness. Furthermore, he wished the government and people of the Republic of Azerbaijan, progress and prosperity, and the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries further development and growth.
