Republican Decree to appoint Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak as Prime Minister

Today, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, issued Decree No. (56) of 2024:

The first Article of which stipulated the appointment of Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak as Prime Minister.

The second Article stipulated that members of the cabinet would continue to perform their duties in accordance with their appointment decrees.

The third and final Article of this decree stipulated that this decree shall be implemented as of the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
