republican decree to appoint a Head for the Joint Operations Authority and his deputy

Today, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, issued Decree No. (41) of 2023, regarding the appointment of a Head and deputy head of the Joint Operations Authority.
The first article stipulated the appointment of Major General / Saleh Ali Hassan Talib as head of the Joint Operations Authority.
The second article stipulated to appoint Major General / Yusef Ali Al-Sharaji as deputy-head of the Joint Operations Authority.
The third and final article stipulated that this decree shall be implemented from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette and military bulletins
