PLC President Highly Commends Saudi King’s Support for Restoring State Authority Nationwide

President Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), has highly commended the content of the annual royal address delivered by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, before the Shura Council.

The address affirmed “the Kingdom’s comprehensive support, through the Coalition to Support Legitimacy, for the Yemeni government in restoring its authority throughout the country and re-establishing stability. It also affirmed the Kingdom’s support for confronting attacks by the terrorist Houthi militias, who have chosen chaos and destruction, and threats to the Yemeni people and the region, as their course.”

In a post on the X platform, President Al-Alimi said this steadfast fraternal position reflects the depth of the historic relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, as well as their shared security and common destiny.

He added “this position once again confirms the Kingdom’s strong commitment to standing with the Yemeni people and supporting their aspirations to restore state institutions and achieve security, stability, and peace.”
