Aden
Our great Yemeni people at home and abroad:
On my own behalf, and my fellow members of the Presidential Leadership Council, I congratulate you all on the occasion of our immortal national holidays, the sixty-first anniversary of the September 26th Revolution, the sixtieth anniversary of the October 14th Revolution, and the fifty-sixth anniversary of the glorious Independence Day, November 30th. It is also a special congratulation to the heroes of our forces, armed, security forces and popular resistance in various fields.
Dear sisters and brothers: these are the great holidays, which deserved the sacrifices of our people, women and men, and their legendary renewed patience, in loyalty to the first leaders in the national struggle for freedom, equality, and human dignity.
O free citizens:
For more than six decades, the bearers of the backward Imamate ideology have not learned the lesson, and they have not learned it either during the past nine years since their coup against the national consensus and the popular, regional and international will, forgetting that they are carrying an unviable project, in which the people said their decisive word, baptized with precious sacrifices before more than sixty years ago, when he announced the establishment of the Republic and the overthrow of the imamate, slavery, and tyranny.
However, the neo-Imami futility continues by wasting more of the capabilities and interests of our people, targeting their identity, cultural, political and religious history as an Iranian agent that derived its ideas from outside our Yemeni and Arab heritage.
This new strife has been one of the greatest historical challenges to the Yemeni people and the republican forces for six decades, as the most horrific sectarian and racist approach in the history of our nation ever unfolds, with the support of the expansionist Wilayat al-Faqih projects and its false slogans.
Dear citizens,
On my own behalf and my brothers, members of the Presidential Leadership Council, I renew the call to our people in the areas controlled by the Houthi militias, to reject the Imamate project and those who believe in it, regardless of its roots and origins. This is the same call to all the forces and components that these rogue militias are trying to portray themselves as defending them, claiming they are oppressed in a misleading way and a major crime against our tolerant history and our cultural, social, and human heritage.
Perhaps the reminders of the distant past, and the evocation of the disputes of the first century of Islam, raised by the celebrations, festivals, and camps of this group are the best example of its misguidance and its puppet approach to the instigators of sedition and cross-border hostile projects.
The continuation of these militias on their destructive path and their fascist practices to plunge the country into a comprehensive humanitarian crisis by targeting oil facilities and international shipping lines, imposing more restrictions on the movement of individuals, goods, private sector activities, public freedoms, and sieges of cities, is the greatest evidence of their rooted hostility against our Yemeni people, and indifference to the horror of the disaster due to which we lose many dear lives daily.
Today, after our people have patiently rejected and resisted these militias, with the steadfastness of their armed forces, the popular resistance, and the military formations in various fronts, you should not have the slightest doubt about its authoritarian, priestly project, and its position rejecting the principle of national partnership, which it turned against in the recent past and continues its intransigence in the face of any efforts to end the suffering and pay the salaries of employees in the areas under its control by force.
Those who are still deceived by the slogans of these militias must remember the sacrifices of our great leaders and the suffering of our people. They have to liberate their will, not be dependent on superstition and slavery, they have to declare their frank position alongside the values of the State and equal citizenship.
Fellow citizens:
This battle that our people are waging today is not a civil, regional, or international war, but rather a battle between the Imamate and the Republic, between freedom and slavery, between those who claim the divine right to rule the Yemenis, and broad national partnership.
Therefore, we must all be careful not to continue dealing with the practices of these militias with a kind of neutrality and gray positions, especially from the political, intellectual, and media elites, because history will record these positions to do justice to their brave owners today and tomorrow.
This is why we realize that beloved Sana’a, even though it remained under the control of these militias for nine years, is making more and more progress towards freedom and a longing for the values of equality and social justice under the roof of the state institutions whose people were dispersed by these coup plotters at home and abroad.
Dear citizens everywhere:
The praiseworthy efforts of the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman, as well as the UN and American envoys, and our partners in the European Union, continue to renew the truce and launch a comprehensive political process that guarantees all Yemenis the restoration of security, stability, peace, and development.
However, the Houthi militias are still wasting more opportunities to alleviate the suffering, stop the bloodshed, and the devastation that befell state institutions and the social fabric. Instead of responding to these efforts, they refused to renew the truce that brought great benefits to our people in the areas subject to its oppressive regime. They targeted oil facilities, reformulating educational curricula according to sectarian goals, and terrorizing public life and the population opposed to its foreign priestly project.
However, the Presidential Leadership Council remained committed to the option of just peace, and seriously dealing with all initiatives and efforts to end the coup and restore state institutions, on the basis of the Gulf Initiative and its executive mechanism, the outcomes of the comprehensive National Dialogue Conference, and the relevant international legitimacy resolutions, especially Resolution 2216.
This declared approach of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government towards peace expresses the vision of the Yemeni people that is open to all its components, away from sectarianism, divine selection, discrimination, exclusion and marginalization, rejecting any projects that conflict with their interests and the future of their successive generations.
Therefore, we find it an opportunity to call on these militias to listen to the voice of reason, respond to peace efforts, and not give priority to the interests of their leaders and supporters over the interests of the Yemeni people.
We call on these militias to submit to the popular will within a state based on internal partnership, good neighborliness, and active and constructive engagement in its Gulf and Arab fabric, in order to serve our people and their economic, political and social interests.
Dear citizens:
On this occasion, I find it an opportunity to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to the brothers in the countries of the coalition to support legitimacy led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates for their sincere support for the Yemeni people and their political leadership as the best embodiment of brotherhood and Arab and human solidarity.
I also take the opportunity to praise the positions of our brothers in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Kingdom of Jordan, and other countries that continue to open their generous doors to receive our people fleeing the scourge of war waged by the Houthi militias with the support of the “Wilayat al-faqih” regime and its agents in the region.
It is also an opportunity to assure you, and our regional and international partners, that we are continuing to restore the work of all our institutions from Yemen, starting with the institutions of the presidency and the government. We implemented comprehensive reforms in various sectors by establishing foundations for the desired change in practices and behavior. The change that does not give the president any advantage over his subordinates. On the contrary, it achieves justice, equality, and decent means of living, and also opens the door wide for initiatives for work, creativity, achievement, and the reconstruction of the homeland that you deserve and that we all dream of.
Glory to the homeland and victory for its revolution
Mercy of Allah, and immortality in heaven to martyrs
Healing for the wounded and freedom for prisoners
Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you,
