PLC President Issues Decree Appointing Deputy Heads of Central State Security Agency

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, issued Decree No. (174) of 2026, appointing deputy heads of the Central State Security Agency.

Article (1) stipulates the appointment of the following individuals to the positions indicated opposite their names:

- Brigadier General (GS) Yahya Mohammed Yahya Kazman – Deputy Head of the Internal Security Sector at the Central State Security Agency.

- Brigadier General (GS) Ahmed Saad Ahmed Al-Saqtari – Deputy Head of the External Security Sector at the Central State Security Agency.

Article (2) provides that the decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
