Two Decrees Appoint Advisors to the PLC President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces

Two decrees were issued today by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
Decree No. (172) of 2026 stipulates in Article (1) the appointment of Major General Ahmed Saeed Mohammed Bin Breik as Advisor to the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and his promotion to the rank of Lieutenant General.
Decree No. (173) of 2026 stipulates in Article (1) the appointment of Air Major General Rashid Nasser Ali Al-Jund as Advisor to the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, for Air Force and Air Defense Affairs, and his promotion to the rank of Lieutenant General.
Article (2) of both decrees provides that they shall enter into force from the date of their issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette and the military bulletins.
