PLC President Issues Decree Appointing Commander of Air Force and Air Defense

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces has issued Republican Decree No. (145) of 2026. Article (1) stipulates the appointment of Major General Pilot Abdulaziz Saeed Hazzaa Al-Mahya as Commander of the Air Force and Air Defense.

Article (2) of the decree stipulates that it shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette and military bulletins.
