PLC President, Supreme Commander of Armed Forces, Issues Decree Appointing Abyan Axis Commander

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, issued Decree No. (149) of 2026 today, Friday.

Article (1) of the decree appoints Brig. Gen. Mukhtar Al-Khadr Abdullah Al-Rabbash Al-Haithami as Commander of the Abyan Axis and Commander of the 255th Infantry Brigade, and promotes him to the rank of Major General.

Article (2) stipulates that the decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette and the military bulletins.
