Republican Decree Establishing Cardiology and Vascular Center in Taiz

Republican Decree No. (1) of 2026 was issued today, providing for the establishment of the Cardiology, Vascular Diseases and Kidney Transplant Center in Taiz Governorate.
The decree comprises (25) articles distributed across five chapters. Chapter One and Two set forth the Title and Definitions, as well as the objectives, functions and competencies of the Center. Chapters Three and Four set forth the Center’s management structure, its resources and financial system. Chapter Five sets forth general provisions aimed at strengthening the Center’s role in delivering distinguished medical services in the fields of cardiology, vascular diseases and kidney transplantation at the national level.
The final article stipulates that the decree shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
