Presidential Leadership Council Issues Decree Relieving Ahmed Lamlas of His Post and Referring Him for Investigation

On Wednesday, the Presidential Leadership Council issued Decree No. (5) of 2026. 

Article One of the decree stipulates the relief of Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Minister of State and Governor of Aden Governorate, of his post and his referral for investigation.

Article Two of the decree stipulates that the decree shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
