President of Leadership Council Decree Appoints Salem Keddah as Commander of Al-Ghaydah Axis and Promotes Him to Brigadier General

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issued today Decree No. (9) of 2026.

Article One of the decree stipulates the appointment of Salem Ali Sa’ad Ahmed Makhbal Keddah as Commander of the Al-Ghaydah Military Axis, with promotion to the rank of Brigadier General.

Article Two provides that the decree shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette and military bulletins.
