A Republican Decree regarding the appointment of judges in the Supreme Court

Today, Decree No. (155) of 2023 was issued by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council regarding the appointment of a number of judges as members in the Supreme Court.

 

The first Article of this Decree stipulates that the judges whose names are indicated, shall be appointed members in the Supreme Court:

The second and final Article stipulated that this decree shall be implemented from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
