A Republican Decree to appoint Attorney General for Military Prosecutions and Director for the Military Justice Department

Today, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, issued Decree No. (156) of 2023:

The first article stipulated the appointment of Colonel Judge Mahdi Ali Mohammed Fusi’a as Attorney General for Military Prosecutions and Director of the Military Justice Department in the Armed Forces, and he shall be promoted to the rank of Brigadier General.

 

The second and final article stipulated that this decree shall be implemented from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette and military bulletins
