President of Leadership Council Issues Decree Appointing Secretary-General of the Supreme Judicial Council

Decree No. (227) of 2025
Concerning the Appointment of the Secretary-General of the Supreme Judicial Council.
Based on:
The Constitution of the Republic of Yemen,
The Judicial Authority Law and its amendments,
The references of the transitional phase,
The approval of the Supreme Judicial Council, and
The presentation of the President of the Council,
It is hereby decreed as follows:
Article (1):
Judge Sahl Mohammed Hamzah Nasser is hereby appointed as Secretary-General of the Supreme Judicial Council, and shall be a member of the Council.
Article (2):
This Decree shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
