President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences on Passing of Parliamentarian Salem Lardi

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohamed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to Mr. Fahd Salem Taher Lardi and his brothers on the passing of their late father, Mr. Salem Taher Lardi, former member of parliament and a distinguished economic and social figure. 

The former parliamentarian passed away after a lifetime of contributions and dedicated national work in parliamentary, economic, and social fields.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Council, and the government, the President expressed his profound sorrow and sincere condolences to the sons of the deceased and all his family members for their profound loss.

His Excellency the President highlighted the virtues of the deceased and his national contributions through the various positions he held, including his membership in the Yemeni parliament (1997-2003) and as Chairman of the Aden Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He further acknowledged Mr. Lardi’s remarkable contributions in charitable work and reconciliation. His Excellency prayed to Allah Almighty to bestow His mercy upon the deceased, grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and inspire his family and loved ones with patience and solace.
