President Al-Alimi congratulates President Putin on Victory Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, on the anniversary of Victory Day of his friendly country.

The President of the Leadership Council, on his own behalf, the members of the Council, and the government, expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency President Vladimir Putin. He wished him abundant health and happiness, progress and prosperity to the government and people of the friendly Russian Federation, and development and prosperity to the bilateral relations between the two countries.

His Excellency the President praised the Russian firm position alongside Yemen, its people and its political leadership, and efforts to alleviating its human suffering caused by the terrorist Houthi militias supported by the Iranian regime.
