President Al-Alimi congratulates President Putin on his re-election to a new term

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Vladimir Putin, President of the Federal Republic of Russia, on the occasion of his re-election to a new presidential term.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on his own behalf, the members of the Council, and the government, expressed his sincere congratulations to President Putin and wished him success in his presidential duties, and further progress and development for his government and the friendly Russian people.

His Excellency the President praised the steadfast Russian position alongside the Yemeni people, its constitutional legitimacy, the distinguished historical bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, and their promising prospects at various levels.
