The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council gives his direction to the approval of a monthly salary for martyr Al-Khawlani within the list of the armed forces and the popular resistance

An official source in the office of the Presidential Leadership Council stated that His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed-Alimi followed with great pride the popular uprising against the Houthi terrorist militia and its oppressive deity, of which the martyr activist Hamdi Abdul Razzaq al-Khawlani was the latest victim in Ibb Governorate.   The President of the Presidential Leadership Council salutes the revolutionary youth who gathered in a march to reject and denounce the crime of assassinating  the activist Al-Khawlani as an honest voice in expressing the suffering of millions of Yemenis who have been exhausted by systematic starvation policies, the practices of terrorist militias, and their leaders steeped in corruption. The Houthi leaders confiscated people’s freedoms, public and private property, without even taking into account sanctity of the holy month.   The actions of the Houthi militia that followed the funeral of the heroic martyr Hamdi al-Khawlani, including the massive arbitrary arrests of angry youth, reflect the extent of the terror created by the national voices calling for freedom in the hearts of the group's leaders and emergency supervisors. All these confirm their weakness and fragility in front of the inspired popular will.   The source pointed out that those marches, chants, and slogans denouncing the militias, their leaders, and their repressive regime, represented a true expression of all our people who flocked everywhere to support and advocate for them, and to give them a broader revolutionary impetus. They inspired by the martyr Al-Khawlani, his courage, heroism, and the injustice of his family, which will remain forever alive in memory.   In response to this popular movement, the source said, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, directed the adoption of a salary for the martyr Hamdi Al-Khawlani among the martyrs of the Armed Forces and the Popular Resistance, starting as of the date.   The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council takes this opportunity to express, on behalf  of himself and the members of the Council, full support and solidarity with the popular resistance forces against the Imamate project, and to make the revolutionary act sparked by the martyr Al-Khawlani a firm choice and a firm approach to salvation, freedom and equal citizenship.   The source called on the international community to put pressure on the terrorist militias supported by the Iranian regime to stop their gross violations of human rights, and to support the aspirations of our people to restore state institutions, peace, stability and development.
