A republican decree amending the executive regulations to regulate agencies and branches of foreign companies and houses

Today, a Republican Decree No. (10) of 2023 was issued amending Republican Decree No. (276) of 2000 issuing the executive regulations of Law No. (23) of 1997 regarding the regulation of branches and agencies of foreign companies and houses.
Article 1 of this decision amends Article 32 of Republican Decree No. 276 of 2000 issuing the executive regulations of Law No. 23 of 1997 regulating agencies and branches of foreign companies and houses to read as follows:
Article (32): The fees mentioned in the regulations shall be determined according to the following table:
Fees - statement
First: Agencies of foreign companies
- The application study fee shall be 15,000 fifteen thousand riyals.
- License or renewal fees shall be 30,000 thirty thousand riyals.
- The data amendment fee shall be 10,000 ten thousand riyals.
- Fees for extracting data or issuing a certificate shall be 10,000 ten thousand riyals.
- The write-off and cancellation fees shall be 10,000 ten thousand riyals.
Second: Branches of foreign companies and houses.
- The application study fees shall be 40,000 forty thousand riyals.
- License or renewal fees shall be 60,000 sixty thousand riyals.
- Data amendment fees shall be 20,000 twenty thousand riyals.
- Fees for extracting data or issuing a certificate shall be 20,000 twenty thousand riyals.
- The write-off and cancellation fees shall be 10,000 ten thousand riyals.
Article (2): The Republican Decree No. (155) of 2009 shall be repealed and this decree is implemented in its place.
Article (3): This amendment shall be considered an integral part of the provisions of Republican Decree No. (276) of 2000 and shall be read in conjunction with it.
The fourth and final Article of this Decree stipulates that it shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
