Republican Decree on Extending Mandate of National Committee for Investigating Allegations of Human Rights Violations

Republican Decree No. (20) of 2025 was issued today.

Article One stipulates the extension of the mandate of the National Committee for Investigating Allegations of Human Rights Violations for a period of three years, starting from August 23, 2025, with the possibility of further extension as needed by a republican decree.

Article Two stipulates that the decree shall come into effect as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
