Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, the Minister of Defense, and Lieutenant General Sagheer bin Aziz, the Chief of General Staff and Commander of Joint Operations, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.

In their cable, the Minister of Defense and the Chief of Staff expressed their warmest congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency the President, wishing him abundant health, happiness, and success in the significant tasks and responsibilities he assumes during this challenging time and exceptional phase in the history of our beloved country. They prayed to Allah Almighty to restore this occasion to Yemen and the Arab and Islamic nations with goodness and peace.

The Minister of Defense and the Chief of Staff stated, "As we celebrate this great and blessed religious occasion, our armed forces continue, under your courageous leadership and direct supervision, to fight and prepare across various regions, fronts, and battlefields in defense of the Revolution and the Republican System. This is in response to the ongoing mobilizations by the Houthi terrorist militias, which are cloaked in deceptive rhetoric aimed at leading the innocent into the fires of death in the liberated areas."

Al-Daari and Bin Aziz added, "The political and military movements currently observed worldwide highlight the extent of the Iranian project’s infiltration into the peoples of the region, aligning with the ambitions of colonial powers. Together, they seek to dominate nations, their peoples, and their resources while controlling their decisions and sovereignty in a blatant collaboration and division of roles that is well understood by all. Therefore, the Houthi terrorist militias, backed by the Iranian regime, are merely a part of this ongoing struggle. Regardless of the slogans they raise, these are only attempts to whitewash their actions and cleanse the stains of their crimes against our free and honorable Yemeni people."

Al-Daari and Bin Aziz continued, "As we recognize and appreciate the tremendous efforts and sacrifices you make, Your Excellency the President, to guide the nation toward safety, we highly value your personal attention and commitment to addressing the economic and political challenges. This includes building a unique model of governance in the liberated areas through efforts to unify the national front."

The Minister of Defense and the Chief of Staff reaffirmed their commitment to His Excellency the President and our great Yemeni people to uphold the pledge of continuing the struggle and sacrifices, offering all they have for the dignity, sovereignty, and glory of the nation. They emphasized the importance of preserving its identity, principles, and national achievements while striving to fulfill the legitimate aspirations for a free and dignified life under a federal state characterized by justice, equality, and the rule of law.

The Minister of Defense and the Chief of Staff concluded by stating, "We also seize this noble occasion to renew our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to our brothers in the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, as well as to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz. We are grateful for their fraternal support and positions in assisting our people in restoring their state and legitimate institutions against the Houthi terrorist and sectarian group, which shows no regard for the suffering of our citizens."
