
President Al-Alimi Issues Several Military Decrees

Today, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issued Decree No. (346) of 2024:
Article 1 appointing Major General Saleh Mohammed Taimas as an Advisor to the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces also issued Decree No. (349) of 2024:
Article 1 appointing Brigadier General Mohammed Salmeen Awad Batis as Assistant Minister of Defense for Human Resources Affairs, with a promotion to the rank of Major General.
President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issued Decree No. (333) of 2024:
Article 1 appointing Brigadier General Saleh Mohammed Abdulrab Al-Juaymlani as Commander of the First Military Region and Commander of the 37th Armored Brigade, with a promotion to the rank of Major General.
President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issued Decree No. (348) of 2024:
Article 1 appointing Brigadier General Ali Hatem Ahmed Abdullah as Advisor to the Minister of Defense for Training and Educational Facilities.
President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issued Decree No. (347) of 2024:
Article 1 appointing Brigadier General Yahya Ali Abu Awja as Advisor to the Minister of Defense.
President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces issued Decree No. (334) of 2024:
Article 1 appointing staff Colonel Ali Yahya Al-Adabai as Commander of the 135th Infantry Brigade, with a promotion to the rank of Brigadier General.
Article 2 of these decrees stipulates that they shall take effect as of the date of issuance and be published in the Official Gazette and military bulletins.

President Al-Alimi Receives Credentials of Newly Appointed Ambassadors
His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, received today, Thursday, at Al-Ma’ashiq Palace in the interim capital, Aden, the credentials of several ambassadors of brotherly and friendly countries.
