Presidential Decree on the Appointment of Members to the Supreme Court

Today, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council issued Decree No. (327) of 2024, with Article One stipulating the appointment of the following judges as members of the Supreme Court:

•    Judge Mohammed Faraj Salem Sabti

 •    Judge Ahmed Saeed Khamis bin Uruwa

 •    Judge Fadl Abdullah Ali Maqbil

 •    Judge Jalal Obaid Mohammed Al-Marfadi

 •    Judge Mohammed Qa’id Salem Mohammed Humidan

Article Two of this decree stipulates that it shall come into effect as of the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
