PRESIDENT AL- ALIMI CONGRATULATES GERMANY ON UNITY DAY

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, President of the Federal Republic of Germany, on the anniversary of his friendly country's Unity Day.

President Al-Alimi, on behalf of himself , the council members, and the government, expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Steinmeier for abundant health and happiness. Furthermore, he wished the government and people of the Federal Republic of Germany, progress and prosperity, and the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries further development and growth across various fields.

His Excellency the President praised the positions of the Federal Republic of Germany in support of Yemeni people and their legitimate leadership. Moreover, His Excellency commended Germany’s support for Yemeni people's aspirations to restore state institutions, security, stability, peace, and  to end the coup by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias.
