President al- Alimi Congratulates ‏Vietnam On Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Tô Lâm, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the anniversary of his friendly country's independence day.

President Al-Alimi expressed on his own behalf, the council members, and the government, sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Tô Lâm,  for abundant health and happiness, the government and people of the Republic of Vietnam for progress and prosperity, and the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries further development and growth.
