President al- Alimi Congratulates Vietnam On Independence Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Tô Lâm, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the anniversary of his friendly country's independence day.
