His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore, on the anniversary of the National Day of his friendly country.
The President of the Leadership Council, on his own behalf, the members of the Council, and the government, expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Shanmugaratnam for good health and happiness, and to the government and people of the Republic of Singapore for further progress and prosperity, and for bilateral relations between the two friendly countries to develop and grow.
