President Al-Alimi congratulates Governor-General of Australia on taking oath

Today, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to the new Governor-General of the friendly Commonwealth of Australia, Sam Mostyn, on the anniversary of her taking the constitutional oath.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on his own behalf, the members of the Council, and the government, expressed his sincere congratulations to the Australian Governor-General, and his wishes for abundant health and wellness for her, success and prosperity in her new duties, and for the friendly Australian people all progress and prosperity.

His Excellency the President also expressed his confidence that the distinguished bilateral relations between the two friendly countries will witness further prosperity and development in various fields.
