President Al-Alimi receives cable of congratulations from US President on National Day

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, received a congratulatory cable from Joe Biden, President of the friendly United States of America, on the occasion of the 34th National Day of the Republic of Yemen, May 22.
The American President said in the telegram: “ On behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the government and people of Yemen on your 34th National Unity Day.”
He added, "The United States remains committed to multilateral diplomacy to end the conflict in Yemen and all Yemenis deserve a future of lasting peace and security. We continue to support the peace process in Yemen to help bring about a more peaceful and prosperous country”.
The American President also expressed his aspiration to continue joint efforts aimed at enhancing common priorities and Yemeni people’s priorities.

Today, Tuesday, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, left the interim capital, Aden, for consultations with regional and international stakeholders
