President Al-Alimi receives a cable of congratulations from the President of the Libyan Presidential Council, on the advent of Ramadan

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, received a congratulatory message from his brother, His Excellency President Dr. Mohammed El-Menfi, President of the Libyan Presidential Council, on the occasion of the blessed month of Ramadan.

The telegram runs ,“I am pleased, on my own behalf and the Libyan people, to extend to Your Excellency the highest expressions of congratulations and blessings on the occasion of the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan. May God bring it back to us, to you and to the Islamic nation with abundance of goodness and blessings,” asking God to allow us reach this month with good acceptance and the fulfillment of all what we aspire to in terms of elevation and progress for our prosperous peoples.
