His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, has exchanged congratulations and blessings with the kings, princes and presidents of Arab and Islamic countries on the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan.

In his telegrams, the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, on his own behalf and members of the Presidential Leadership Council, expressed his sincere congratulations on this great religious occasion. He wished his fellow kings, princes and presidents abundant health and happiness, and their governments and brotherly peoples progress and prosperity, asking God Almighty to return this occasion to the Arab and Islamic nations with goodness and blessings.
