President Al-Alimi congratulates Emperor of Japan on his birthday

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to His Majesty Emperor Naruhito, Emperor of Japan, on the occasion of His Majesty’s birthday.
