President condoles over the death of Major General Al-Barawi

Today, Monday, His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences to Mr. Ayman Abdul Rahman Al-Barawi and his brothers, on the death of their struggling father, Major General Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Barawi, the former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, after a life full of honorable stances for the upliftment of his country, people and nation. The President of the Presidential Leadership Council expressed to the family of the deceased his sincere condolences on the passing of Major General Al-Barawi, who spearheaded the process of establishing and modernizing the National Security Institution as an academician, a distinguished teacher, and an inspiring leader in the various tasks he assumed within the Ministry of Interior, its departments, and its affiliated departments.

His Excellency praised the prominent role of the struggler, Al-Barawi in the path of the national movement, his sincere defense of the republican regime, and the values of justice and the rule of law that he believed in until the last breath of his life.

In his telegram, His Excellency the President also praised the virtues of the deceased Al-Barawi, and the good life he left behind, in his field of work and society, asking God Almighty to cover him with his vast mercy, to dwell him in spacious gardens, and to inspire his family and relatives with patience and solace.
