President Al-Alimi Offers Condolences Over Fire Victims at Canadian Forces Base in Alberta

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of condolences to Her Excellency Louise Arbour, Governor General of Canada, over the victims of the fire incident. The fire broke out at a Canadian military base in Alberta Province.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the Government, President Al-Alimi extended his sincere condolences to Governor General Louise Arbour, the victims’ families, and the friendly Canadian people over this painful tragedy. He wished the injured a speedy recovery and prayed that Canada and its people be spared all harm.
