President of the Presidential Leadership Council sent condolences to the Emir of Kuwait on the death of Sheikh Mubarak Al-Sabah

His Excellency Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, has sent a cable of condolences to His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, over the death of Sheikh Mubarak Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

The President of the Presidential Leadership Council expressed, on behalf of himself, the members of the Council and the government, sincere condolences and sympathy to the Emir, the government and the brotherly people of Kuwait over this great loss, praying to the Almighty Allah to have mercy on his soul, to rest him in peace in heaven and to grant his family and relatives fortitude to bear the loss.
