President Al-Alimi Congratulates King of Morocco on Throne Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent a cable of congratulations to his brother, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, King of the Kingdom of Morocco, on the anniversary of Throne Day.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the Government, President Al-Alimi expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, wishing him abundant health and happiness. He further wished the Government and people of Morocco continued progress and prosperity, and the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries further development and growth.

His Excellency the President praised the stance of the Kingdom of Morocco—its leadership, government, and people—in support of Yemen, its people, and its political leadership. He further commended Morocco’s support for the Yemeni people’s aspirations to restore state institutions and bring an end to the coup carried out by the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militias.
