Republican Decree Appoints Governor of Saada Governorate

Republican Decree No. (58) of 2026 was issued today, Friday.
Article (1) appoints Turki Ahmed Mazhar bin Qamshah as Governor of Saada Governorate.
Article (2) of the decree stipulates that it shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
