President Al-Alimi Receives Cable of Congratulations from President of Djibouti on National Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, received a cable of congratulations from His Excellency Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, President of the Republic of Djibouti. The telegram was sent on the occasion of the 36th National Day of the Republic of Yemen, 22 May.
In the cable, President Guelleh expressed his sincere congratulations to His Excellency the President and to the Yemeni people on this national occasion. He extended his best wishes for peace and stability in Yemen, and reaffirmed his country’s support for Yemen’s unity and cohesion.
President Ismaïl stressed that the Republic of Djibouti will remain committed to Yemen’s unity and cohesion, and will continue its solidarity with Yemen in the current hardships it is facing.
