President Al-Alimi Receives Cable of Congratulations from King of Spain on National Day

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed Al-Alimi, President of the Presidential Leadership Council, received a cable of congratulations from His Majesty King Felipe VI of the Kingdom of Spain. The telegram was sent on the occasion of the 36th National Day of the Republic of Yemen, 22 May.
In the cable, His Majesty expressed, on behalf of the Government and the Spanish people, his warmest congratulations and sincere best wishes to the President on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Yemen. He further wished Yemen and its people stability and prosperity.
He affirmed the strength of the close relations between the two friendly peoples, which are bound by deep historical and cultural ties. He also expressed his hope to continue joint efforts for peace and a new future for the entire region.
